We are a non-profit organization composed of concerned Magothy River area residents. Our mission is to preserve the environment and protect the land within the Magothy River watershed by accepting donations of conservation easements, acquiring property through gift or purchase, and by fostering an increased understanding of our natural resources.

Activities of the Magothy River Land Trust

1. Assist landowners in preserving land through donation of conservation easements.

2. Promote good stewardship practices.

3. Identify undeveloped land with conservation value.

4. Educate citizens about the importance of conserving wetlands and forests for improved air and water quality.
